Holy Hip Hop #1 Again!

There’s someone new at the top of the Billboard Gospel charts this week. W.L.A.K. (We Live As Kings) takes the #1 spot with their self-titled debut album. The holy hip hop group includes Swoope, Christon Gray, Alex Faith & Dre Murray. The rankings were announced today, March 14.

"WOW Gospel 2013" moves to the #2 spot. Tamela Mann’s “Best Days” is #3, Tasha Cobbs is #4 with “Grace” and Lecrae takes the #5 spot with “Gravity.”

Albums on the rise this week including J Moss’ “V4: The Other Side of Victory" is #15, Creflo Dollar’s “S.E.R.M.O.N.S.” climbs to #16 and Jonathan McReynolds is #23 with “Life Music.” Anthony Brown & Group TherAPy make a move upward and are at #38 with their self-titled album.

On the Gospel Songs chart, Tamela Mann is still #1 with “Take Me to the King” and Jekalyn Carr climbs to #7 with “Greater is Coming.” In its second week on the chart, Tye Tribbett’s “He Did It Before (Same God)” is at #20.
